We know that many youths today are required to do service for various reasons. There is a separate volunteer form for anyone under 18 that requires a parent’s signature. Those individuals that are under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by a parent while they do their hours. Please make sure the organization that is requiring service approves your plan to do hours here before you start. If you have any questions just contact us and we would be glad to help.
