Utility and Rental Assistance 

Limited financial assistance can be secured for those individuals who are struggling to pay a utility bill or their rent. Individuals are required to come to the office and bring with them the following documents.  

  • Valid Photo Identification 

  • Proof of Income 

  • Name and Date of Birth of all members living there 

  • Copy of bill or shut off notice for utilities  

  • Copy of your lease and your late notice for rent 

The hours for assistance are Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM at 104 Monroe Street Delta Ohio. Other times are available by appointment and availability.  You may contact us by filling out the form on this page or calling 419-822-0199 or emailing programs@deltaopendoor.org
